Is there transportation to and from the airport?
IAT Insurance Group will be providing ground transportation upon your Arrival and Departure from/to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Upon arrival, someone from ground transportation will meet you with an IAT sign in the baggage area. If you do not see anyone or your flight has changed, please call Jen Banks at (402) 616-2802. Once you have picked up your bags you will be transported to The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, 280 Vanderbilt Beach Rd., Naples, FL.
On departure day all transportation will be from the front drive of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples lobby entrance.
What is the dress code?
Attire for the business meetings is “business casual.”

Attire for the evenings is “smart casual.”
Dress for all other events is "resort casual." Resort casual combines ease, polish, and coastal style. Choose breathable fabrics like linen, cotton, and lightweight blends that keep you comfortable while still looking refined for dining, mingling, and evening activities.
For Women:
Sundresses, tailored shorts or skirts, breezy blouses, coordinated sets, and elegant sandals or wedges.
For Men:
Lightweight trousers or linen pants, button‑downs or linen shirts, and loafers or boat shoes for a relaxed yet elevated look.
