Is there transportation to and from the airport?
IAT Insurance Group will provide transportation to the airport on Departure Day only. Shuttle buses will run at designated times in both the morning and afternoon.
What will the weather be like?
In late June, Virginia experiences warm, humid summer weather, with high temperatures often reaching the mid-to-upper 80s°F and, at times, exceeding 90s°F. Evenings are milder, with temperatures dropping into the low-to-mid 60s°F.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual.
For Women:
Tailored pants or skirts, polished blouses, knit tops, midi dresses, coordinated sets, and flats, loafers, or low heels for a professional yet comfortable look.
For Men:
Chinos or dress pants paired with button-downs, polos, or lightweight sweaters, finished with loafers or dress shoes for a polished but relaxed appearance.
