Is there transportation to and from the airport?
IAT Insurance Group will provide departure transportation to DCA and IAD airports on June 30, 2026. The transportation schedule has been arranged based on submitted departure flight times. Please click here to view the full schedule.
What will the weather be like?
In late June, Virginia experiences warm, humid summer weather, with high temperatures often reaching the mid-to-upper 80s°F and, at times, exceeding 90s°F. Evenings are milder, with temperatures dropping into the low-to-mid 60s°F.

What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for meetings and dinners.
Resort casual attire is suggested for activities.
Receptions, Dinners, and Activities:
Please note that some meals and activities will take place outdoors. For outdoor activities, you may wish to bring sunglasses and sunscreen. Depending on your selected activities, you may also want to bring shorts, swimwear, tennis shoes, and a hat.
